I submitted my application online. A recruiter called me to discuss some basic details. Then, they scheduled an in-person interview and sent me an application to complete beforehand. I attended the in-person interview, and they got back to me not long after.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview was after hours with a senior staff member, and I also met the owner. I introduced myself as usual. I was concerned they didn't ask about my personal training certifications or CPR/AED card, which were requirements. The owner seemed to view my degree negatively. Most of the interview, the staff member explained how the training system at Koko Fitclub works. It became clear they were looking for a Front-desk attendant and custodian, not a fitness coach. Their body language suggested they had already decided before I arrived.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

It was a three-cycle interview process, starting with HR, then moving to a technical interview, and finally a sales interview. It was a very good interview overall. You need to be careful in the meetings. You need to be good in technical and design aspects, and also business and customer-oriented in the services.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and then had a 30-minute phone interview. We talked about my experiences in school and sports, and then about different fun summer activities, just to get to know me. We also discussed how often I work out and what I know about working out and lifting.
