Behavioral Presentation

The interview process started with a behavioral round where I was asked typical questions about my strengths, weaknesses, conflict resolution, and teamwork. I recommend looking up "behavioral interview questions" and preparing answers beforehand to feel more comfortable. About one to two weeks later, I got an invitation for the final round. This final round took place at the corporate office in Menomonee Falls, WI. The evening before the interview day, we had a bus tour around Milwaukee, WI, which included a city tour and a formal dinner with other candidates. It's important to be at your best not only during the interview but also at the pre-interview dinner and activities. Be friendly, be yourself, and engage in conversations about appropriate social topics. Remember to thank your interviewers for their time the day after the interview.

Behavioral Presentation

I went to the career fair at my college and talked to a recruiter and a Product Development Coordinator. After that, they told me I was selected for an interview. The night before the interview, there was a pre-interview dinner. The interview itself was one-on-one with someone from PD. A couple days later, I found out I was chosen for the final interview event. Kohl's flew us out to Milwaukee for two days. We had another pre-interview dinner the night before, and the next day was the interview event. It consisted of three back-to-back interviews with people from the PD department, and some presentations about the internship and jobs. The recruiter called me back the following business day.

Had a phone interview with an HR contact, then moved on to a 2-hour interview with 3 people, all separate interviews. I got conflicting info about what they were looking for, and when I said I had the skills one interviewer wanted, another said that's not what they needed at all. One interviewer talked a lot about personal life instead of the job.
