It was mostly behavioral questions, but they seemed kind of random. I don't have much more to say because it felt pretty disorganized. Stuff like 'what is your superpower' or 'what would you change about yourself.'

Behavioral Group Presentation Case Technical

It all kicked off at a career fair my university (UW-Whitewater) hosted. I went up to their booth, we chatted a bit, and they set me up with an initial interview. I'm not sure if there was a phone screen before the in-person, but it's possible. My first face-to-face interview was on campus and lasted about 30 minutes. Then they had me come back for a second interview which had two parts: I talked with an HR person/recruiter and a district manager. I also met and spoke with a bunch of associates. After those panel chats, they took about six of us to another room for a situational group interview. We got a scenario, worked together to figure out a solution, and then presented it. I think they chose 2 people out of that group of 6. In total, quite a few people interviewed, and they picked about 5 or 6 of us for the summer intern group. The questions were mainly about personality and situational stuff. They're really looking for a specific personality type and will only offer jobs to people who fit it. They want people who are natural leaders, quick thinkers, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. The learning curve is huge, they'll hit you with a lot, and you'll have to just go with it!
