I sent my CV for an unsolicited application for a Trainer role. The interview process involved three rounds: the first two were with HR, and the third was a technical round. Unfortunately, after the third round, I was informed that another candidate was selected to move forward because my profile didn't fit the job expectations well, despite them letting me get to the third round. It was a very bad experience and I do not recommend this enterprise due to its very poor job recruitment process.

Technical Presentation Behavioral

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with an HR interview, then a Koenig Sponsored Training session, followed by a Technical Interview 1, and finally a Presentation Round. It was generally easy, but you have to be really confident and thorough in what you say. My tech stack was Azure, so I had to intensively study its concepts and services.

Technical Presentation

It started with a telephonic round, which was technical with basic questions. Then there was a second telephonic round, a bit harder, involving a presentation. The HR was very comparative, and the staff is quite young. They have their own quality check for trainers before they deliver any training. The company is good and hires young trainers, providing them with training. There's a 5-year bond, and they offer a low fixed salary with the rest being an incentive plan.
