The hiring process took a while because they interviewed many people all at once. They also conduct a drug test on the same night as the interview, and it's a urine test, not a mouth swab.

Sanitation Worker
The interview process is all day. It includes a drug test, safety videos, and paperwork. If you pass those stages, then you'll get a plant tour of the work location.

They do have an interview at the facility and a drug test. The process is over an hour long and they have you submit an application after you’ve already submitted a résumé.
