First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kobi Karp.
Designer
The interview process is brief. They typically have you come in for a trial day to assess your skills and observe how you interact with employees and clients.
- Could you discuss your experience?
Architectural Drafter
After an initial call, I was invited for an in-person interview. I was led to a small room where I was asked personal questions and about my working experience. I waited about an hour while being interviewed by at least three staff members. I also spoke with the owner's wife who asked unrelated questions. They told me to await their call. They initially offered me a salary that was too low, which I declined immediately. Later, they called with a better offer, but it still wasn't what I was looking for.
- Are you proficient in Autocad and other relevant software?
Architect
This was a really easy interview. They just wanted to know if I had experience with AutoCAD or 3dmax. They asked some basic questions about my work experience. The interviewer and office staff were a bit rude though.
- Do you know AutoCAD?
- Do you know 3dmax?
- Can you describe your typical work activities?
Event Marketing Manager
The process was smooth. I got a quick response after applying. The interviewer was really nice and professional. Even though it was a zoom call, it felt like being in the office. The questions were straightforward and I think I answered them well. It looks like a great place to work.
- Could you tell me about your strengths?
- What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
- Describe your approach to working under pressure.
