Data Analyst
The interview process involves discussing chemical engineering concepts and their practical applications. Additionally, there will be a section on Excel formulas, specifically lookup functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and INDEX-MATCH) and using pivot tables for data analysis and summarization. The discussion will also cover past projects, including any challenges encountered and how they were overcome. No other specific topics are planned for this discussion.

Software Engineer
The initial couple of interview rounds went smoothly. However, after the third round, there was a significant delay of over three weeks without any communication. Eventually, a rejection was received, but it lacked any feedback or explanation. While a rejection is acceptable, the prolonged silence between the interview and the notification was quite unprofessional, particularly considering it was the third stage of the hiring process.

Digital Marketing Specialist
So I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn and I was pretty stoked about this new, up-and-coming business that seemed to be doing something different in a dull industry. The whole interview thing was like, the longest I've ever been through, with 7 interviews in total. First, I chatted with the manager who would've been my boss. Then, I met with a bunch of C-level and upper management folks. They were all asking the same basic questions you could find on Google. I even had to do a working interview where I made a marketing plan. Fast forward almost 3 months, and I'm in interview number 7 with the same manager. They start off saying they're stoked for me to take a role I never even applied for. When I corrected them, they seemed surprised and said the job I interviewed for was filled a month ago. They then said they'd talk to a C-level person to sort it out and scheduled a call for the next day with me and that person. The next day, I logged onto Zoom, ready to chat. After 5 minutes, I figured they were just busy. Then 10 minutes... 15... 30... I emailed everyone I'd talked to for the last 3 months, but no response. I eventually heard back from the original recruiter that it was a dead end. Honestly, calling this a waste of time is putting it mildly. Knowde handled this super unprofessionally and without seeming to care. Be careful out there. Don't get strung along. Run the second you see a warning sign.

Account Executive
Found this company through a recruiter and the process is outlined below: Interview with Sales Director, Interview with SDR, Final round interview w/ 3 ppl (Recruiter was confused by this and thought it was the final round, but it wasn’t), Mock Pitch to the team. I got a verbal offer on a Friday as well as from another team member who called and gave me the offer details that following Monday. I was told I was going to have an informal meeting with the CEO to ask any questions about the strategy that Wednesday and follow it up with a call/formal offer letter from HR following that. Called me at 6:30PM with all the offer details and discussed and agreed upon my start date, which I was super excited about and already made arrangements for. I got a call at 8PM that night from that same HR personal that the CEO thought I was too experienced for the role and they pulled the offer. I’ve never experienced anything like that and was blown away by how unprofessional they handled it. If that is how they do business, good luck. My recruiter was also very upset about this entire experience and overall would not recommend this company at all.
