& Process

It was a 4 months internship. The interview process included an aptitude test (general and technical), a technical interview, and an HR round. There was a final round based on performance, and if it went well, they would give a final offer letter.

I initially thought this was a great company, but when I was selected for the technical round, they only chose one person out of 20 students for the HR round. Also, no one else was selected for the next round in other areas. It was my first interview, and I know I did really well. This experience really brought my confidence down.

The entire interview process spanned approximately 10 days, commencing from the application submission to the conclusion of the second interview. Initially, I had an extensive one-hour discussion with the head of the department, covering fundamental questions about my previous experience and achievements. This was followed by an introduction to the CEO. The subsequent interview involved meeting some of my potential future colleagues, which was a positive experience as I was asked engaging questions about my past performance and my views on teamwork and what I value in team members. Finally, I was introduced to the head of the Client Services Group.

Applied for training and the interview process was a little lengthy, and I had to pass through 3 rounds. During the first interview, 2 senior persons interviewed me and asked very basic questions regarding object-oriented concepts. During the second interview, another 2 senior persons interviewed me and again asked almost the same kind of questions regarding object-oriented concepts. During the third interview, the TL interviewed me, and it was a formal interview including background, interest, and programming-related questions.
