First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Knightvest Capital.
Leasing Agent
The interview felt really nice, like a chat. They were friendly and paid attention. They asked about my past jobs and if I had any questions for them. They also talked a bit about the job and what they are trying to achieve.
- Can you share some information about yourself and your work history?
Leasing Professional
When you interview with KV, it's a two-step process. First, the community manager interviews you. If they think you're a good fit, you'll then interview with the regional manager. After you've completed both interviews, the property manager will contact you to make an offer.
- Could you tell me about your greatest strength?
Leasing Professional
I had chats with the property manager, a regional manager, and an associate. This all happened at their main office. They seemed really cool and liked what I told them about myself and my background. After the third chat, I heard nothing back.
- What sparked your interest in this field?
Property Manager
I had set interviews for all of our team members and myself during the purchase of my property. The interviews included myself and two of Knightvest associates. I asked what positions the two associates currently held. It turns out one was there to replace me. I was asked to interview and then offered an assistant position. I felt this was deceitful and I won't work with them again.
- Would I be interested in taking an assistant position at a different property?
