The interview process was professional and smooth. I'll have a full picture after meeting on the two day training coming up on the 21st and 22nd of May off of pineforest road.

I applied online and got a call from a recruiter. We talked for a bit and I thought it went well, but then they ghosted me. Not sure if it was a real interview.

This company's interview process was incredibly unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. The recruiter was overly pushy, calling and texting multiple times a day, even late in the evening, despite a video call being scheduled for the next day. She then cancelled that call last minute and expected me to reschedule for the same day, knowing I'm employed. I overlooked these clear red flags and continued. I had two good video interviews with people from the company. The next step was supposed to be a final in-person interview, and they knew I was relocating and driving 3.5 hours for it. The plan was to interview with someone from the accounting team I'd already spoken to and a hiring manager. To my surprise, upon arrival, I learned the main person I was supposed to meet wouldn't be there. I proceeded anyway. The interview I drove 3.5 hours for ended up being with a new hire who knew nothing about me, accounting, or my previous interviews. It was essentially a repeat of an initial, surface-level interview, and I wasn't notified of this change. Since then, the same recruiter who constantly contacted me hasn't responded to my follow-up about the process. It's a disorganized company.

Technical Presentation

It was easy, first a basic math test, then a phone interview. After that, I was invited to a workshop where I learned more about the role and tested/learned the game rules. Then there was another math test and a test on what was taught.
