We had a phone interview first, then a panel interview. I got to ask questions about the role, the department, and the company. Then, we took a quick tour of the office. They said we'd hear back about the results within a week.

The HR rep called me and did a phone screening. Then, I went to the corporate offices to meet with two senior account execs first. A few days later, I was called back to meet with more folks from the team. The interview process was reasonably casual and seemed more personality based versus skills/experience. The biggest concern was the job requires an extremely high volume of calls and emails and they wanted to make sure that's understood.

As someone who applied through the careers page for a role at Knight, I was quickly contacted by a recruiter. We then had a phone screen, followed by more than one onsite interviews. I was supposed to meet with the VP during the second onsite, but after waiting past the start time, I ended up just doing a typing test. After that meeting, I was told a decision would be made within a week. Even though rejection isn't ideal, I would have expected at least a generic email, but a personalized one with feedback would have been better. Nothing happened though. So, Knight leadership, please train your team to get back to candidates. Give them a yes, no, or even an 'I don't know,' but just say something. Ghosting is bad in dating and even worse in business. Grow up and treat candidates with respect.
