Project Geoscientist
This interview process was a good experience. The panel wanted to learn about your skills and also your personality to see if you'd be a good fit for the company.

Geologist Junior
It was a general interview for a geotechnical control position at the wellhead. The interview was virtual and straightforward. I wasn't asked any complex questions, nor about my personality or life goals.

Water Resources Engineer
The process was good, but I didn't get an offer because the position was postponed, or at least that's what they told me. If there was any other reason, I think it would have been better to tell me during the process.
- Tell me about a time you had success in a previous job.
Civil Engineer
First there's a screening call with HR and then a second one with the technical area. HR is always open to explaining everything about working conditions and to hearing about your skills. The technical team during the interviews is friendly and cordial, they never make you feel uncomfortable.
