The interview process at Knight Law Group lasted over 3 months, which was a bit frustrating given the salary advertised. After a month with no contact, I had three phone interviews and then two in-person interviews. I lived in a different city and they asked if I could fly in at my own expense, and I agreed. During the first in-person interview, I was told the position was fully in-office, not hybrid as advertised, which was a surprise. I still went through with it. They then asked me to fly in again on short notice, which I did. I was told I'd hear back within a week but never did. I spent over $400 on travel and got no follow-up. A former employee later mentioned the firm has high turnover, demanding hours, and lower pay. I'm glad I didn't get the job in the end. I'd recommend doing the whole process via zoom if you apply.

Had a phone screen that was pretty easy, then an in person interview with a panel. After that, I got a call about the decision. The whole process was fast and smooth. It was quick and efficient. They gave good feedback. Overall, a good and fast process.

You start with a recruiter call, and then there's a phone screening. It's a remote interview with an employee and the hiring manager. The hiring manager will mostly talk about your resume and experience related to the role and your background. It's more of a conversation, which is good.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. They made a written offer, but then rescinded it after I questioned some terms that seemed a bit strange, like needing to work at least 50 hours a week. It took them over a week to get back to me, and then they said they weren't interested anymore and wanted someone with a totally different background and skills.
