I applied for a sales job and had a phone interview. Then I went to their office and met the CEO and some other people. They told me I probably wouldn't get the sales job, but they needed a receptionist, so I applied for that. I took a personality test but didn't get the job.

I applied for a role posted for a client. The recruiter found I wasn't a fit for the client, but knew of an internal opening near my relocation area and I was interested. I interviewed for the role the day I was in town, meeting with the branch manager. It went well as we're from the same industry. Usually, another team member is met with, but I was in the airport when I received a call from a manager for a brief chat. The next day, I got an offer via call or email. I countered and accepted by the end of the week.

It was a pretty easy process. I went into the office and we talked about my resume and what kind of work I'm interested in. They try to find a good fit for my experience and the kind of work I want to do, and then they set up another interview. I met with a few different people from different teams. It seemed like a really collaborative place where they genuinely want to help you find a job you'll like. It's still ongoing, but it was a great start.

Working with KNF&T was a wonderful experience! Maddie did the initial phone screening for the company I was going to be interviewing with. She was very professional and kept me in the loop. Listened to my concerns and made sure I had the tools to land the position. Overall, the interview process took a couple weeks. Standard interview question and process. Highly recommend KNF&T!
