Technical Behavioral

Had a short phone chat, then an hour-long remote technical interview, followed by a half-day of interviews at their office, which were mostly technical. It felt surprisingly simple. I'd be suspicious they might be using you for interview practice. The best guess is that (1) they had a practice interviewer for an hour, and (2) the reason they gave for not offering me the job was that I lacked a specific technical skill they hadn't mentioned before. Other reasons are possible, but I'd double-check if any specific technical skills are needed. On the plus side, everyone I met seemed smart and friendly, and would likely be enjoyable to work with. The experience was fun in a way, but also felt like a waste of time.

Technical Behavioral Coding

I first applied through their website and got a quick response from HR within a day or two. After a brief HR call, I was given a take-home coding challenge. This was followed by a phone interview. Then, I had a 4-hour in-person session that included two technical interviews and two behavioral/fit interviews. Finally, I came back for a discussion about the offer, including salary and benefits.

Technical Coding

It was an in-person first round interview. The interviewer was super nice and encouraging, and the company seemed to have a really relaxing vibe. It was a pretty typical technical interview with coding problems, and they also threw in a graph-theory question.
