The interview loop went pretty well. I chatted with 6 employees and really connected with them. HR's feedback matched my experience and let me know the co-founders wanted to meet me for a final sign-off, framing it as a meet and greet, not an interview. This wasn't quite accurate, as it turned out to be full of situational interview questions. It was fine, but I wish I'd known that before the call. After the call, it took 3 weeks to get an update, and I was told I was 'overqualified' for the position. I was disappointed, but after checking out reviews, it seems like I may have dodged a bullet by not working for this company.

Prepare to be GHOSTED! After nearly a dozen interviews over several weeks, including receiving feedback that an offer would likely be forthcoming, the leadership team went completely silent. If you’re planning to recruit senior management to your team, be professional and respectful to them. This includes closing the loop with them if you’ve decided to hire someone else. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to any of my colleagues or network.

I applied online and heard back within two weeks. First, I had a phone interview with an HR Specialist, which I felt went great. I thought Knack would be a good place for me to work and I think I fit in well. The interviewer mentioned they were hoping to hire someone about two months after my interview, so I expected another interview in a few weeks. However, I didn't hear anything for a whole month, and by then, I had already found a job somewhere else.
