I interviewed with a great IT company that offers a professional and flexible work setting. The people there are really nice. I'd suggest it to anyone looking for a job with flexibility and where you're trusted to be responsible.

The interview process at KMS Vietnam consists of 4 stages: first, a CV screening, then an HR interview, followed by a coding test, and finally a technical and behavioral interview. The HR interview is conducted in both English and Vietnamese. The online test involves solving one coding problem and answering the question 'What are your strengths/weaknesses'. The interview with the SA focuses on CSS, JavaScript, problem-solving, and includes one algorithm question.

The first step was a take-home assessment, which was pretty long, about 4 hours, because the questions and exercises had really detailed requirements, though it wasn't overly difficult. Then there was a second technical interview that felt easier, it was about an hour where we talked about the company and they asked a few simple technical questions. Everyone was really nice and respectful throughout the process, but ultimately I never heard back.
