The hiring process involved six steps: first a resume review, then an Excel case study, followed by a SQL test. After that, there was a technical interview, a behavioural interview, and finally an HR chat. The whole thing took about three weeks from start to finish.

Rushed interview process. Two rounds scheduled back-to-back, one very late in the evening. They should have waited to gather feedback from the first round before scheduling the next. Questions were hypothetical and didn't seem related to the actual job. I was ghosted after 3 interviews with no follow-up, rejection, or any communication. Total waste of time. They were inflexible with scheduling and timings. The coding task was lengthy.

So I had this cognitive test online, then an Excel case study also online, followed by an SQL assessment that was online too. After that, I had a technical round over MS Teams and a behavioral round also over MS Teams. I'm not entirely sure what happens next since I'm still in the middle of it all.
