I applied through the campus career fair and had my first interview right there for about 40 minutes. We went through my resume and they asked me some behavior questions. The interviewer said she would schedule the next steps within 2 weeks. Then I had a phone interview where they asked more behavior questions and then went into very detailed technical questions. The interviewers were nice, but after that, I didn't hear back and they didn't even reply to my follow-up emails. I'd honestly prefer a rejection over no response.
