I first met with the District Manager one-on-one for a brief interview. They basically told me I had their recommendation for the position and that normally they wouldn't approve someone so quickly, but they were making an exception. A couple days later, I had a second interview with both the District Manager and the property owner. I got a call later that day offering me the job as Site Manager (part-time).

Interviewed with the Regional Vice president and the Regional Manager. The interview went great. They were so laid back and easy to talk too. They really made me feel like I got the job in the interview. Saying things like build your team and your background check will only take a few days..how soon can you start..you would be a great fit here. Then I waited and waited. Turned down other jobs and interviews. I followed up on the interview with 2 emails and 2 voice messages. No one ever responded. That is very rude and inconsiderate of the people you are interviewing. At least let them know they didn't get the job. Respond to their emails or phone calls. Very frustrating!!!!

The hiring process was pretty straightforward. After I sent in my resume, I got a call from the supervisor within a few days to set up an interview. The interview lasted about 45 minutes to an hour and was mostly about my previous work experience and behavioral questions. The supervisor was chill but still professional.

I had a wonderful experience. I spoke with Annette who was very laid back and easy to talk to. She was very enthusiastic about the company and it’s growth. Results from the interview will take a while so unsure if I have an offer just yet but crossing my fingers! Definitely seems like a very welcoming company that is very focused on its people and residents.
