It was a 3 step process. First, an HR interview where we talked about my motivation to switch jobs and what KMD can offer me. Second, some kind of personality or IQ test. Third, a technical interview.

It started with a phone call where they asked about my salary expectations, checked my English, and my previous experience from my CV. Then, there was a face-to-face interview with three people: HR, a Manager, and a Programmer. The HR person asked about my expectations and again checked my English. The Manager went through my CV in detail and asked questions based on it. The Programmer asked about OOP principles, TDD, and gave me Java exercises like those in the Oracle Java certificates. The whole vibe was pretty stressful, almost like an interrogation at times.

It was like 3 parts, each about 30 mins. We started with a casual chat about soft skills and life in English. Then, there was a technical part where I had to solve 5 simple C# and SQL questions online. The last part was a face-to-face meeting with two people, one to discuss soft skills and the other for technical stuff.
