Had three interviews with partners. They asked behavioral and future outlook questions. First, I spoke with the partner in charge, and then with two lead directors. These interviews were remote due to Covid. It was a conversational interview where we talked about my background and specific experiences that would fit the role description.

The first was with the team, including the hiring manager, and the second was with higher management, who are the decision-makers and partners. Offers came after the second interviews. The whole process was average and not difficult.
