First I had to send in my resume. After that, I was invited for a talk with the manager of the team I would be supporting as an intern. No other talks with HR, assessments or anything else. In the talk, they mostly went into my resume experience and how that fit the role I would be doing. They also asked about the extent to which I mastered certain practical skills needed for the job.
