I did my interview over the phone and through Skype. It was a relatively easy and quick process. I was hired directly for the Telecom department. Nowadays, they use an in-house recruiter to help with the hiring. It was a startup with headquarters located out of state.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was an incredible interview process. As a recent grad, their professionalism was a bit overwhelming. It started with a thorough phone interview with the whole team. Then, they flew me out for an in-person interview at their headquarters, covering my flight, hotel, and rental car since I live far away. I interviewed with the direct managers, and after that, the head of the department, John Nagel, gave me a tour of the facility. I also met the other new hire and chatted with him about the role and some of the job duties. John then took me to lunch where we talked more about me, my education, the job, and my concerns about relocating to North Dakota, which would be a big decision. They paid for my flight home and reimbursed all my expenses from the trip.
