Recruiter
This interview process was very direct, which I liked. Someone from the company contacted me on LinkedIn, and then I had a first call with them. After that, I had a Zoom interview with another Recruiter and then a final Zoom with the CEO. I really enjoyed meeting everyone and got a solid understanding of the company culture, their operations, and objectives. Even though I didn't get an offer, it was a great experience, and I'd certainly consider future roles at KLIK if they align well with my profile!

Digital Marketing Coordinator
The interview process was pretty standard. I applied online and had an initial phone interview with some typical screening questions. Then, they sent me an Excel case study that I had a week to finish. The case study took a good amount of time but wasn't too hard, and it seemed like they were most interested in my thought process for the answers. A few days after I submitted it, they contacted me to set up the final interview, which was done via Zoom because of COVID. The final interview had two parts. Part 1 was with two employees where we did another case study after about 30 minutes of general interview questions. Part 2 was a cultural fit interview with two other employees. Overall, the process didn't feel repetitive, and each stage seemed to have a different purpose.
- What is your strategy for handling disagreements between the team and a client?
- What motivates you to want to work for Klik?
- What's your interest in digital marketing?
Digital Marketing Account Coordinator
The interview process with KLIK Media was easy and clear. The team was very responsive and kept me informed about what was next. I applied online, and within a week, I had a phone screen with a Marketing Manager. After that, I got a case study to complete in a week. It was hard in some parts but fair, as they wanted to see my thinking and how I'd handle job situations. About a week after submitting the case study, I had a Zoom panel interview with a manager and three team members. This included standard questions about my past experience, a short live case study to gauge my thought process, and a culture fit part. I got an offer the week after this interview. It was a good experience overall. Everyone was nice and interested in my background. The team seemed close and supportive, and they were looking for driven people to join.
- Could you describe your experience using marketing automation tools?
Digital Marketing Coordinator
This role's interview process was totally different from other marketing jobs I've interviewed for. They're looking for people with solid data analysis skills and who are good at quick math. They had me do a whole project before the in-person interview, and then the interview itself was pretty much all about numbers and math. I get why they do it if that's the skill they need for this job. Just know upfront, this isn't a standard marketing coordinator job, and they'll test you like a calculator.
- Could you complete a list of equations without using a calculator while being watched and timed on Zoom?
