Initially, this place seemed amazing, but honestly, they are wildly unprofessional. They mentioned a position would open soon, then next quarter... and I never heard back. I've been happy with my current job. A year later, they emailed asking for a phone interview the next day about the position. I mentioned I was traveling for work but was interested. It's been over a week, and I've been ghosted. Funnily enough, I first applied 3 years ago, they lost my application, and then it took a year to say there was an opening. Luckily, I'm not desperate. But if I were, I still wouldn't take a job here. I'm not sure why I thought this place was so great initially. I had at least 8 separate phone interviews. They basically said I was perfect and had the job, but no position was actually open, and I was told to wait. No official offer letter meant I had to move on. At this point, I'm speechless but wanted to share my experience so others can look elsewhere for work. This isn't the place.

The interview process was pretty standard, involving about 3-4 interviews with people at different levels in the company. In the last interview, I got some explicit feedback saying they were hoping to get me a more concrete update the next week and thanking me for my time with Emil and Rob, mentioning all three enjoyed meeting me and were impressed with my background and knowledge. However, I never heard back or received further feedback, which felt very unprofessional.

After applying, I did a skills test. Weeks later, I was asked to do it again. Before I could react, the recruiter contacted me. We had a quick chat about my skills, then I got an edit test and a long personality test. I completed both and got a $50 gift card. Next, I had a 30-minute interview with two team members. The first interviewer made a weird, possibly racist comment, and the second seemed rushed for vacation. Despite this, they liked my edit test and we talked about the job. This is a new team, still figuring things out, and they confirmed there aren't many chances to grow. It was an odd experience, and they seem to be looking for a specific type of person.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

First, there was a quick 5-minute culture call where they asked basic questions like salary expectations. Then, I completed a DISC & Personality Quiz which took about 30 minutes; I really appreciate that they focus on ensuring a good culture fit. After that, I had a 30-minute interview with a Director named Courtney, which went very well and was a good opportunity to learn more about the role and the company. The final step involved a strategy quiz for a client, where I had to create an action plan and ad copy. I felt like I nailed it, but unfortunately, they filled their positions and are now at capacity. I'm waiting to hear back if a spot opens up, hoping it's soon!
