I had an interview with the associate principal that lasted about 20 minutes. It was a really calm and welcoming environment. Then, I met with the department chair and team leader for more in-depth questions about specific examples or scenarios. After that, there was an in-the-classroom interview where they explained the type of students I would be teaching and asked if I was comfortable and prepared for obstacles I might face.
