Behavioral Case Presentation

The interviewers were very structured and data-driven, and everyone I met was nice. The process was quite long, lasting a couple of months, but I felt well-prepared. I believe this company has a really high growth trajectory.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process started with a recruiter chat, then a hiring manager meeting. Next, there was a 3-hour presentation and meet-and-greet with the team. The process was great until that point. After the interviews and presentation, the recruiter and hiring manager stopped responding and gave no feedback. They didn't even reply to follow-up emails, which was unprofessional and surprising given the small size of the ecommerce industry. My recommendation is to improve this. Be better. People are looking for jobs and trying to find their next opportunity. They've invested time to learn about your company and culture and are enthusiastic about the possibility. Don't leave them in limbo. It's disgraceful.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process felt like it dragged on way too long. They had me do a case study that felt a bit like doing free work for them, which was kinda degrading. It started with some standard interviews that were pretty much the same thing over and over. All in all, it took about 4 weeks of communication back and forth.
