I interviewed for a leadership role. They ghosted me with no follow up. The interviewers talked about their people-oriented culture and values. It was clear they don't live up to these values since they couldn't be bothered to follow up. If this is the recruiting experience for leadership "executive" roles, I can imagine it's worse for others. They asked about my lack of experience in certain areas, which was likely why I was rejected. They didn't ask questions to check my readiness, and could have easily assessed my experience from my resume.

It was a really good interview process. I went through about four rounds of interviews, and everyone I met was really nice. I felt like the recruiter was supportive and trying to help me get the role. Although I didn't end up getting the job, the overall experience was positive.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was very long, with many steps and a final panel presentation. My last interview was on a Thursday, and I didn't hear back from the recruiter that day, not even a simple thank you or a response to my email. I found out on Friday morning that they weren't moving forward because they had reposted the job, but they didn't even bother to inform me. Only after I followed up on Monday did they tell me that even though they really liked the presentation and my experience was highly relevant, there was apparently one question I didn't answer to their satisfaction. I've seen from other reviews that they seem to treat all candidates like this. It's a really unpleasant way to treat people, especially when it doesn't take much effort to send a quick email.
