There were three rounds back to back. The first round was 45 mins, and the other two were 1 hour each. No leetcode coding was involved. The questions involved answering and discussing based on materials they provided. There was one round for HM, one for ML, and one for Spark.

Coding Technical Behavioral

This company sent me a coding exercise before even an initial phone screen, which was weird. I would have liked to learn more about the role first. The coding exercise was easy, so I did it. Klaviyo didn't acknowledge receiving it. I followed up a week later, still nothing. A month later, I got an auto-rejection email. This is my second bad experience with them. Years ago, I had an HR screen, then a complex coding exercise that took a weekend. They said I passed, scheduled a hiring manager interview, but they no-showed. Rescheduled twice, same result. I withdrew then. I don't recommend them; they don't respect applicants and waste time. They probably don't care about employees either. AVOID.

Coding Technical

The interview process was pretty standard. Started with a recruiter phone call, then I had a take-home coding exercise in a Jupyter Notebook. After that, there was a one-on-one coding review, but I didn't move past that stage.
