Customer Success Manager
The interview process at Klaviyo was super thorough and organized. After I applied, a recruiter reached out about 10 days later. It started with a quick chat with the recruiter, then I talked with the hiring manager for a longer discussion. After that, I had a panel where I met with three people from the team and the team lead for back-to-back 30-minute interviews. This gave me a good feel for the team and company culture. The last step was a business case presentation, and then I got an offer soon after. The whole thing took a few weeks, but they kept me in the loop and were really clear. The recruiter was great, always there to help and answer my questions, which really made a difference and showed how much they care about the candidate experience. Every part felt important, and I liked that they looked at more than just skills, but also values and impact. I actually wanted to join even more after the process, and I'm so happy I did.

Customer Success Manager
This was a first-round interview to understand more about me and my current job. It mostly focused on my current role and the tools we use at my company. I was told I'd get a response either way, but I never did. I reached out for an update or feedback but still haven't heard back.
- What tools are you currently using in your role?
Customer Success Manager
The interview process included one initial screening call, followed by three more rounds. First, there was a chat with the hiring manager. Then, a 40-minute presentation was scheduled, split into two parts: 20 minutes on a client case study and 20 minutes on how you'd manage your client portfolio. Finally, there was a culture assessment.
- Can you describe how you structure your daily or weekly tasks?
- Tell me about a time you incorporated feedback into your work.
- Describe a situation where you exceeded expectations for a customer.
