AVOID. Heinous interview process. Screening call rescheduled once, which I can understand. Second interview rescheduled 3 times (always within 9-10 minutes of the actual interview) and the interview ended up being not with a hiring manager, but one of their mid-market AE's that just got promoted to manager. The interview was rushed because he had "another meeting" and it was apparent he hadn't interviewed very many people in his life. I'm an SMB AE interviewing for the same role (I sell a similarly priced marketing product), they weren't respectful of the fact I was fully employed and were hung up on the fact some of their deal sizes could be bigger (or smaller) than what I currently sell (like duh, I've sold small and huge deals, what difference does it make if I'm closing consistently). One no-show interview which is crazy to me. Overall, I think I spoke with 6 different people so super un-organized. Total interviews I had was 4 over almost 2 months. Decided to stay in my current role.

I was invited for an interview by a lady from the UK (A.A.K.). On the agreed date, she didn't show up. I managed to reschedule, and the second time it went through. I was asked standard questions. One week later, she texted me saying there's been a pause in the interview process, and it should resume in the next two weeks, with someone from the Klaviyo team reaching out then. Almost two months have passed, and she has disappeared. Poor experience, really.

The interview process was pretty standard for an AE role at a SaaS company. It started with a phone screen, then a hiring manager interview, followed by a mock discovery call, and finally a b2b2b interview with two different sales managers and the director of sales. The mock discovery call was the most challenging part, as expected, but it wasn't anything groundbreaking if you prepared well and covered everything from the prompt. Everyone involved was great and communicative throughout the entire process. The recruiter was also wonderful and expedited things for me since I had other job offers.
