It was pretty relaxed and the hiring managers were nice and asked normal questions. You should be ready to do a role play. They were quick to let me know about the next steps and made sure I was ready for the interviews.

Behavioral Presentation

Got contacted by a UK recruiting agency. The whole process took four weeks, and it was super disorganized because managers had calendar issues, leading to 3 meeting cancellations. I was left waiting on Zoom twice without any heads-up. The delays between talking to the recruitment company were a day each due to the time difference, which makes no sense outsourcing to a place 7 hours ahead. The managers were fine, one was really helpful and gave good advice. I thought I'd get the job after the final interview because they said I was a good fit. But they didn't pick me, which was a bummer 'cause they kind of misled me. It was frustrating to accommodate them despite multiple cancellations and the overall mess, probably a sign of how it is working there. I asked for feedback to improve, but they didn't even leave a note on why I wasn't selected. That's pretty bad.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I applied on a job search site and then got an email from the Senior Director of Talent to set up a phone interview. The phone interview went well, so they asked me to come in for an in-person interview with some of the Klara team. This in-person thing lasted about three hours. During that time, I met one-on-one with different senior staff, including the VP of Sales and one of the Co-Founders. Even though three hours sounds like a lot, it went by pretty fast because it was more like a conversation than a list of standard questions, kind of tailored to how we were talking. Everyone I met was really direct and friendly. After the in-person, I had a final phone interview and role-play with the Sales Development Manager. They gave me something to get ready for. On this call, we did two mock calls, and then talked about questions and feedback after each one. I got the offer two days later.

Behavioral Coding

I had a call with a recruiter, then a call with the hiring manager. The hiring manager talked a lot about the company culture and answered my questions. They also asked some behavioral questions. After that, there was a live coding exercise. I completed the task, but the interviewer could have been better at conducting it and making me feel comfortable. The exercise also felt a bit random and not related to the company's work. I never heard back from them, which was disappointing after preparing for the interviews.
