The interview process really depends on the manager hiring for the role. You'll be interviewing with the people who will be mentoring you, not with recruiters. The main goal is to see if you understand the basics and can explain the reasoning behind your work.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process consisted of two rounds. First, there was a one-on-one zoom call with the supervisor for the role. The second and final round involved a technical presentation given to a group of about five managers and a director. This presentation was meant to showcase the skills needed for the job and how previous experiences helped in completing tasks and achieving goals for the position. Following the presentation, other managers asked questions for about half an hour each, totaling around 3-4 hours, and then gave feedback on the presentation.

Behavioral Technical

I had to describe my profile and detail my past projects. The interview lasted about 45min. I was interviewed by 2 people, 1 leading the interview and the 2nd taking notes. They did not introduce themselves, present the job, or indicate what they sought. I had an overall bad experience as these people did not give any welcoming signs and were obviously bored. I think they should have conducted a phone interview first instead of wasting everyone's time.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you tell me about yourself and describe your achievements?
