Financial Analyst
So, there were three interviews and also a case study. It started with a regular chat with someone from HR, then I talked to the head of accounting and administration, and the last person I met was the CEO. It was a pretty straightforward process. Each interview was about 45 minutes and they focused on my skills, my past work experience, and whether I'd fit in with the company culture.
- Can you describe the main difficulties you faced in your prior role and explain how you managed to get past them?
Maintenance Technician
The interview was conducted in English, covering professional life stages and personal presentation. A hypothetical work situation was also proposed, and I was asked what I would have done in that scenario.
- What are your soft skills?
- What are your strengths?
- What are your weaknesses?
City Launcher
It began as expected, with HR reaching out, followed by personality tests and a video introducing yourself and your interest in the company. This then led to a 30-minute video interview with the hiring manager. However, this part was quite bad. The manager was 15 minutes late to the call, hadn't reviewed my CV, wasn't really paying attention to my answers, called me by the wrong name twice, and gave very short responses to my questions.
- Beyond what's on your resume, tell us about yourself and your motivation to join Kiwibot.
- Can you share your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
- Tell us about a time you had to deal with a lot of uncertainty and quick changes on a project.
Junior AI Engineer
It's a longer than normal process. The first interview is a first contact in English to know the technical skills of the applicant, as well as his level of English. The second is a programming interview where a problem must be solved during the interview and finally the technical test where knowledge of python and c++ is essential.
- Do you have knowledge of python?
- Do you have knowledge of c++?
- What is your English level?
