Behavioral Case

So, there were three interviews and also a case study. It started with a regular chat with someone from HR, then I talked to the head of accounting and administration, and the last person I met was the CEO. It was a pretty straightforward process. Each interview was about 45 minutes and they focused on my skills, my past work experience, and whether I'd fit in with the company culture.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It began as expected, with HR reaching out, followed by personality tests and a video introducing yourself and your interest in the company. This then led to a 30-minute video interview with the hiring manager. However, this part was quite bad. The manager was 15 minutes late to the call, hadn't reviewed my CV, wasn't really paying attention to my answers, called me by the wrong name twice, and gave very short responses to my questions.

The second is a programming interview where a problem must be solved during the interview and finally the technical test where knowledge of python and c++ is essential.

Confirmed questions4 questions
