I had one phone interview with the Manager of Recreation. They asked me some basic questions about my past work experience. Then they asked about me, why I was interested in the role, and if I would need housing for the position. Most candidates need housing, and it gets deducted from your paycheck.

There was a 10-minute phone screening, followed by a 15-minute phone interview with the accounting interviewer. It was a really unprofessional interview. The interviewers were laughing the whole time and acted like it was a waste of their time. Honestly, I wouldn't want to work with people who were so rude and unprofessional during an interview. Bad representation for the company.
