I got an email from the recruiter to schedule a 30 min virtual interview, and they sent a link to their calendar. I was in the virtual room early, but the recruiter never showed up. I emailed them to see if we should reschedule or get an update, but they never replied. The meeting software closed the room after I waited for 25 mins. I never heard back from anyone at Kitsap Credit Union.

Started with a screening call with the recruiter. Then had a 2nd round interview with the HR Manager. The final round was a panel with managers and VPs. Everyone seemed really positive about me in all rounds. Tried to follow up multiple times via calls and emails about next steps, but the recruiter and hiring manager completely ghosted me. Super unprofessional and shows they don't care about the candidate experience. Honestly, given this, it's not a place I'd want to work.

I was contacted by a recruiter who offered some times for a Teams meeting, and I picked one. I waited 20 minutes for the recruiter to join before I had to leave. I emailed them but didn't get a response. I then emailed HR to see if I had missed something, and HR let me know the recruiter had a conflict and would be in touch soon. A week passed without hearing from them, so I followed up again and was told they weren't hiring for the role anymore.
