So, first there was a recruiter call, and then a phone screen. The phone screen included a question about accounts receivable and accounts payable. It might sound basic, but it's a bit tricky. Accounts receivable are basically what your customers owe you for stuff you sold them or services you provided on credit.

The first phase, which involved solving three live problems, was the one I didn't pass. The last problem required some TDD knowledge, which I lacked, so I guess that's the only reason the interview was tough. However, the interviewer was quite friendly and engaging, and they gave me plenty of time when I needed it.

The hiring process was a seamless and well-structured journey. It all began with the initial step of submitting my resume, followed by a meticulous CV selection process. Subsequently, I engaged in a comprehensive voice interview with the Human Resources (HR) team, where we delved into my professional background and aspirations. Upon successfully navigating the HR stage, I progressed to a video interview with the technical team. This phase allowed me to showcase my skills and expertise in a more interactive and dynamic setting, providing a deeper insight into my capabilities. The technical interview not only tested my technical proficiency but also allowed me to interact with potential future colleagues, giving me a glimpse into the team dynamics and work environment.
