The interview process is pretty standard: you'll have about 3-5 separate interviews with different people asking about your past work experience. It's generally quite easygoing and casual. Make sure you're familiar with standard RCA invitation tools and can handle a few scenario-based questions.

I applied online and heard back from the recruiter within a week for an initial phone screening. A week after that, I interviewed with the hiring manager over the phone. Then, there were four back-to-back onsite interview panels, each lasting about thirty minutes. Mostly, the questions were behavioral, so make sure you know enough about the company and what they do.

The interview was unexpectedly short, lasting only about 15 minutes. It started with standard questions about my background and work experience. Then, the hiring manager mentioned that the role might be too advanced for me. While I appreciate the directness, I felt this initial screening should have happened earlier, perhaps during HR's initial review. It seemed like the manager was reviewing my resume for the first time during our chat. I had prepared extensively, and being effectively disqualified within the first 15 minutes felt like a waste of my time. I'm grateful for the opportunity, but the process felt disorganized and chaotic, at least within that department. Given Kite is like a startup, I understand the culture might still be developing, but this was still quite disappointing. For anyone considering applying to Kite, this is just my personal experience to consider.
