Best interview process and experience I have encountered. The recruiters were very organized and helpful, the interviewers were all extremely nice and made the time enjoyable rather than stressful. Nothing but positive and all of the communications were addressed timely. They really care about the candidates.

I finished the application online and then a rep from HR reached out. We had a Zoom interview, and after that, I interviewed with three people from the hiring team. The interview was basically to understand my summer goals and assess my skills and experience. Everyone I talked to had great things to say about their team, colleagues, and the company, so it seemed like a really positive environment.

I had a pre-screening phone interview with the Early Talent team which involved basic behavioral questions. It's beneficial to research company values beforehand. Then, I had an interview with the team I might be working with. While this can differ, my team interview focused on personal questions about my experiences in school and other extracurricular activities. Overall, it was a great interview experience and I enjoyed seeing the team dynamic before accepting the job.
