Got a good overview of the company and how the interviews would go. Had a virtual meeting with the leadership team and we talked about the benefits. It was a good chance for them to learn about me and for me to get a feel for the team and the role. The interviewers seemed really into the company and its growth, and they were respectful throughout.

The hiring process was fast but really comprehensive. I had several interviews over a few days with people on the team. They were genuine, down-to-earth, and really enthusiastic about finding the right person for their team(s). Honestly, it was one of the best interview experiences I've had.

I applied online for the CSM role on May 19 and also reached out to the recruiter on LinkedIn. The recruiter asked me to do a preliminary interview over the phone on May 20. It was a screening to see how my knowledge matched my resume. The recruiter was really nice and gave me clear timelines. I got a call from the recruiter on May 28 to set up an interview with the CSM Director for June 2. The CSM Director was amazing to talk to. She asked direct questions and was knowledgeable about the company and the job. I didn't get the offer, but I learned a lot and will keep looking for other roles at Kitchen United.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty standard, starting with a recruiter phone call, followed by four virtual interviews and a project. Everyone I talked to was nice and easy to chat with. The company was upfront about things until the very end, which was a bit disappointing. They really need to be super clear about what they're looking for in the role from the start and keep that communication going.
