Intern
My interview experience was really good and helped me understand myself better. We talked about what I like and made sure I felt valued. They explained the different roles in People Ops and how my skills, interests, and areas for growth fit in. This really helped me grow personally and professionally, and I learned a lot about Kissflow—its culture, what's expected, and how I could contribute. I also got a clear idea of the job description, which made the whole thing even more useful.
