Solutions Consultant
The interview process for me had 3 rounds. The first round involved a self-introduction and a discussion about my technical skills, including a data model design question that I had to do on the spot via screen share. This round lasted about 45 minutes. After passing that, I was given a requirement document to build an application using the Kissflow tool as an assignment, with a week to complete it. The second round was a presentation of my solution to a panel via screen share, where I had to explain the technical aspects and my design choices. This was mostly a technical round and lasted about 50 minutes. After this, the third round was a culture-based interview, which was new to me. It focused on my overall mindset and perspective, with no right or wrong answers, and it lasted over 60 minutes. It took about 4 days to get the results of the third round, and I successfully cleared the interview to move towards an offer at Kissflow. The entire process from start to finish took approximately 25 days. The HR representative, Varsha, was very helpful throughout, keeping me informed about the next steps.

So, the interview had three stages where they checked my skills and how I am as a person. First two stages were about Python pseudocode and SQL data modeling. After passing the first stage, I got an assignment that was like the actual work I'd do. The last stage was a culture fit interview, talking about teamwork, leadership, and if I fit with the company's values. The HR and interviewers were really nice and encouraging, making it a smooth experience. It felt clear and practical, helping both me and the company figure out if it was a good match.
- Can you design a SQL data model, detailing the tables and connections needed for a practical scenario?

I had a call with Sruthi Bose from the Kissflow Talent Acquisition team. There were 4 rounds in total: 3 technical and a final value alignment round. The technical rounds covered data modeling (which was easy for me due to my database background), API integration, and Python coding. The final round wasn't a typical HR chat; it was conversational, focusing on whether my values align with Kissflow's core values before they'd consider an offer. Sruthi's guidance made the whole process smooth, and all the interviewers were very nice and polite.
- Tell me about building an Inventory Management system.
- Describe a Leave management system.
- How would you design a Supermarket sales management system?
