Co-Counsel Administrator
Applied via Indeed and got an email to schedule a video interview with the manager. I thought it went okay. It was a new position for the company and department, so it sounded like a great opportunity. I was told they were hiring fast and I would hear back either way. Guess what? Ghosted, even after sending a follow up email. It’s pretty sad that so many companies think it’s okay to ghost candidates. But after reading reviews of this place I think it’s for the best. Seems like a bad place to work.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Do you collaborate effectively with others?
Paralegal
I was interviewing for a job in Youngstown while I lived in Columbus (about three hours away). KNR was flexible and allowed me to come to the Columbus office, interview with HR and then Skype the paralegal manager who was located in another office. The interview process lasted about 30 to 40 minutes and it was very laid back. HR and the paralegal manager were great.
- Are you planning on moving to Youngstown? That's an unusual situation for us.
Administrative
The process was thorough, and the benefits and expectations of the role were explained in detail. I was able to meet with the management as well as another member of staff, so they could get a feel for me, and I could also get a feel for the both of them.
- Why did you apply to this specific job posting?
- What's your best method for staying organized when you have to handle multiple projects or tasks at the same time?
Prelitigation Paralegal
I had two interviews for this role, one over the phone and another one virtually. Both were mostly behavioral questions, and they wanted to see if I understood the legal area KNR works in. I also had to do a separate assessment with logic problems.
- What attracts you to the prospect of employment at KNR?
