Got referred by someone who works there already. Talked to a recruiter who then set up interviews with multiple senior managers. I even got to meet the CEO, which was great, and I really liked his vision. They told me at the end of the interview that they were very keen to move forward. The next day, I got an offer that I accepted. The offer had everything I wanted and the recruiter kept her word.

The process kicked off with a recruiter call where they talked about the company, the role, and asked about my background. Then, I had to do an online personality test. After that, I spoke with the hiring manager who went into more detail about the job. Finally, there was an in-person interview shortly after. Everything was laid out clearly, making the whole thing pretty stress-free. Honestly, I'm excited about the possibility of a long career here.

HR called first to set up a day long interview with people from the division I'm applying to. Each interviewer has 45 minutes to ask questions and let me ask some too. My interview ran into their lunch time, so the people scheduled to interview me were half hour late and I sat in the conference room. They didn't respect my time and my opinion of this company began to sour right away.
