The interview process is a bit unusual. First, you're given a 3-4 page business case about a company split between two friends who each manage different parts of an engine company. The company is experiencing sales and organizational problems. After reading it, you have an interview where you discuss the business case, and they actually role-play it, which is kind of strange. If you get past that, you meet with the VP, and if you pass that stage, you meet with the sales directors.

The hiring process started off fast. After I applied, I was invited right away. I met with HR and the managers. The interview took about 45 minutes. At the start, they wanted me to introduce myself, and then I was asked more job-related questions than silly hypothetical ones, which I actually find very logical, but I wasn't prepared for those silly questions. So I lost my chance to work at such a good company because I wasn't properly prepared. After a few weeks, I got rejected via email.

Because I did several internships there, the interview was more relaxed. I didn't have an interview with the HR manager, but with a regular trainer. He was able to answer all my questions correctly in terms of content and behaved professionally overall.

Had a very nice welcome at the plant in Suzhou, China from the head of HR and a very relaxed conversation about the introduction of the activity and my ideas for the next six months. It wasn't really an interview in that sense, as everything had already been clarified beforehand and the conversation was only for orientation and getting to know each other.
