First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kirby Company.
Sales Consultant
the interview process was conducted with a team of like-minded people, in a friendly atmosphere and good vibes. the office is old school, with a focus on materialistic gains and profit. there are impressive rewards and incentives to work.
- What kind of work do you want to do to make money?
Independent Distributor
They asked a few questions about me, my location, how I found out about the company, and my previous experience and background. It went smoothly and was engaging because it didn't take too long. The team seemed really energetic and had great communication and people skills.
- Could you please tell me your date of birth?
Sales
I went to an empty commercial space for an interview. It was very casual. My interviewer didn't answer some of my questions directly. When I asked about paid training, he said I would be compensated, which wasn't really true. I felt like the whole thing was a scam and left. I'd advise people to avoid authorized distributors. It seems like the online stories about them ripping people off might be correct. Be careful.
- Was it difficult for you to find this location?
- Will I be paid for the training period?
Agendadora
The interview was pretty basic, you don't even need much experience, it's mostly a job for students, although you have to be friendly and outgoing. The working hours are short and although the salary is low, the commissions are good.
- What is your age?
- What is your educational level?
- Do you have any experience?
