The interview process was smooth and well-organized, making it easy to go through. They kept me informed at every step, and the way they managed everything was really professional. I was happy to get the offer and accepted it. I'm excited to start this new role.

The interview for the sales executive role in the jewellery shop was professional and detailed. It focused on communication skills, product knowledge, customer handling, and achieving sales targets effectively. The interview was well-organized and friendly. Questions covered sales experience, product presentation, customer relationship skills, teamwork, and achieving monthly targets. Emphasis was on confidence, honesty, and communication with customers. The interviewer also assessed knowledge of jewellery types, metals, and gemstones, along with handling billing and customer complaints efficiently.

First off, there's an HR Screening where they'll ask you general stuff like asking you to talk about yourself, what salary you're looking for, and your work preferences. Then, you'll have a Technical Round that really dives into JavaScript (ES6+, closures, async/await, promises) and React (hooks, props vs state, performance stuff). After that, you'll do some Coding Tests, which might be a live coding session where you'll have to implement a custom hook or tackle a DSA problem, like flattening arrays.

First, you need to apply through the Superset portal. Then, there will be an aptitude round and a communication test. Following that, there's a final interview. If you successfully pass all these stages, you'll be onboarded as an intern.
