- Do you have the ability to multitask?
Sales Executive
It is a good Belgian company, one of the leading international brands. The location is good and the people there are very gentlemanly. Experience is a must, as is customer interaction. This company will grow very fast as an international brand soon.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
- What is your experience in this type of job?
Sales Associate
I put in my application online and then got a call from the store manager about a week after. I got to the interview spot about 20 minutes before the scheduled time. The interview was pretty chill; the manager mostly asked about my past jobs and how long I'd be willing to work there if they hired me. After we finished, the manager said she'd give me a call if she was interested, and sure enough, I got a job offer call 3 days later. The issue came up because Kipling uses a third party for background checks, and I couldn't access the website to give my consent. A whole month passed with the manager telling me it would get sorted, but I eventually figured out they weren't really working on fixing it. The whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth because they didn't seem to care about wasting my time. After waiting a month, I kept trying to reach the manager and left messages asking to pick up my ID and SSN copies, but they'd always say 'The manager isn't here, I'll take a message' or 'Call tomorrow,' but she was never available.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience, and what makes you a unique candidate compared to others applying?
- What aspects of your previous work history can you share, and what unique qualities do you possess that would make you stand out from other candidates?
Commercial Manager
First, it starts with the interview with the supervisor, then it goes through the general commercial manager, after that, it goes through the human resources interview and enters the truth verification process, some wisdom tests and after that, information and documentation.
- What were your expectations for the company?
