For external candidates, the process began with an HR Screening Call after CV selection. This call was an initial chat with HR about your background, why you're interested, and if you and the company are aligned on the role and salary. Next, there was a First Interview (1 hour, video call) with the Hiring Manager and an HR person. They wanted to learn more about your experience, skills, and if you'd be a good fit, plus your general expectations. Internal candidates might have a different process. In my case, it was a Panel Interview (video call) with the Hiring Manager and three other team members. This was a deeper dive into functional expertise, how you manage stakeholders, and specific scenarios related to the job.

The process was standard, similar to other companies. The interviewers were highly skilled and respectful. They sent a link for an online test that assesses behavior, social skills, and emotional state. This test is quite useful for getting a general understanding of the candidate without any discrimination.

Behavioral Group

First, I had a screening chat with the HR partner, which was pretty casual, mostly to see if my motivations and what I was looking for aligned. After that, I had a one-hour interview with the direct manager, which honestly wasn't too challenging. Then, there was a group interview, also lasting an hour, with around seven people in total. All of these interviews were conducted online.

  • Can you tell me about your experience in safety?
